$20b invested to complete semi-finished oil projects in 2 years: Oji

TEHRAN - Iran’s oil minister on Monday said that $20 billion have been invested to complete upstream and downstream oil projects since the 13th administration took office two years ago, Shana reported.
Javad Oji pointed to Isfahan Refinery’s Diesel Hydrotreating Unit inaugurated by President Ebrahim Raisi on Friday, adding the DHT Unit having a daily production capacity of 16 million liters of Euro 5 diesel was put into operation to comply with the Clean Air Law.
The Oil Ministry has given priority to promoting quality of oil products and reducing sulfur compounds in refineries, including Isfahan, Shiraz, and Tabriz refineries, underlined the top official.
